So we have decided to offer a our Cottage on its own for those who do not wish to have all the additional items that make up our complete Cottage Package, described under Item C101. Naturally, the savings are substantial! If you don't need the items in the complete Cottage Package, then you don't have to pay for them! In this basic Irish Cottage version, we have removed the unique Cottage Identification, Deed of Ownership, Membership in the Irish Absolutely Cottager's Club, turf (you can always buy this as a separate item, T040, if you wish), the Flanagan booklet (B205), Owner's Operating Manual, and Evin's Chimney brush - but you still end up with the exact same Irish Cottage!
